1. Controller and identity
The data controller is Strukture, the business activity of Matthieu Tindom, based in Martigny, Valais, Switzerland.

2. Website access and security
When you visit, technical providers may process your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser, operating system, referring page, technical headers and security events. This is used to deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.
The website is published with OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Strukture does not use this information to build advertising profiles and has installed no audience analytics tool.
3. Cookies and local storage
Strukture’s code sets no analytics, advertising or preference cookies and uses neither localStorage nor sessionStorage.
Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from bots and protect the website. It expires after about 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare states that it does not track users across websites and contains no identifier for cross-session tracking.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking an essential security cookie may prevent normal access. No prior consent is requested while only these necessary mechanisms are used.
4. Project questionnaire, forms and email
The project questionnaire builds a summary in your browser. Nothing is sent to Strukture until you open your email application and press Send yourself.
If you send a message, Strukture receives the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business, relevant website and project description. It is used to reply, prepare a quote and, if accepted, perform the contract.
The contact mailbox is provided by Infomaniak. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or unnecessary information about another person.
5. Demos and external services
The garage and joinery demos are fictional. Your selections remain in the browser and create no booking or real enquiry.
The site currently loads no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising pixel, Google Fonts, maps, YouTube/Vimeo videos, reCAPTCHA, session recording, external form provider or visitor-facing external API.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Where necessary, data may be accessible to OpenAI and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security, and to Infomaniak for email. It may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
OpenAI and Cloudflare are providers established in the United States and technical processing may occur outside Switzerland. These transfers are governed by the providers’ applicable contractual commitments and transfer mechanisms. You may ask Strukture for further information.
7. Retention
Technical data is retained by providers according to their operational and security schedules. Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Contract, invoicing and accounting records may be retained for applicable legal periods, generally ten years in Switzerland.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or delivery of your data and object to certain processing. Email contact@strukture.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
9. Nature of the offer and prices
The website presents services and helps prepare an enquiry. It does not enable online contracting or payment. A contract arises only after discussion and acceptance of a quote. Budget ranges in the questionnaire are indications for preparing a quote, not advertised sale prices.
10. Changes
This page will be updated if the website’s tools, providers or processing change. The date above identifies the current version.
